Dr. Bethania Carrión, Psy.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in Florida and New York and the Founder of Guided Insight Psychology. She brings over 11 years of clinical experience and currently serves as both a psychotherapist and a qualified supervisor.

Dr. Carrión earned her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University, an APA-accredited program. She has worked in a variety of clinical settings, including the Goodman Psychological Services Center, Albany Medical Center, and Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. While her work at Nicklaus focused on treating children and adolescents with severe mental health needs, the majority of her clinical experience has been dedicated to working with adults. Her background includes providing care in applied behavior analysis (ABA) settings for individuals on the autism spectrum, as well as in outpatient clinics treating adults with co-occurring conditions such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and more.

Dr. Carrión specializes in the treatment of depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, and emotional regulation difficulties in adults. Her work often explores the role of attachment styles and how they influence relationships. She is particularly skilled in helping individuals strengthen their interpersonal connections through enhanced communication, social skills, and emotional awareness.

Committed to providing culturally sensitive care, Dr. Carrión works with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. She also offers faith-integrated therapy for clients who wish to incorporate Christian values into their treatment. Her therapeutic approach aligns with APA ethical standards and promotes the integration of both emotional and spiritual well-being.

Dr. Natalie Lupiañez, our Licensed Clinical Psychologist, is here to support you on your journey to improved emotional well-being. Holding a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Albizu University and an extensive background in different clinical settings with various populations, she offers rich knowledge and experience to her patients. She aims to help people improve their quality of life and emotional intelligence. She treats individuals from youth to advanced age who face both medical and psychological difficulties. Therapy primarily focuses on using cognitive-behavioral interventions to treat various disorders and conditions. Her gentle, authentic, and collaborative approach creates a safe space for her patients to work toward their goals.

She treats a wide range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety disorders, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), trauma and PTSD, and attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Our practice also supports clients dealing with infertility, postpartum depression, and emotional difficulties related to health conditions such as diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer, HIV, STIs, sexual dysfunction, liver disease, IBS, and other gastrointestinal disorders. Additional areas of focus include social anxiety, self-esteem and confidence issues, life transitions, relationship and marital concerns, communication difficulties, impostor syndrome, behavior modification, and comorbid or complex diagnoses. Ariel Casaretto is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University (CACREP-accredited) and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Miami. She works with children, teenagers, and adults ages 18 to 60, providing support for a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. She also helps individuals navigating relationship and family dynamics or feeling overwhelmed by daily life.
Her approach draws on evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. She practices under the supervision of Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Bethania Carrion.
At the core of her work is a deep belief that everyone deserves a space to feel seen, heard, and understood. Her therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. She creates a non-judgmental environment where clients of all ages can explore their inner world, develop coping tools, and reconnect with what matters most.
