Research has shown that telehealth can be as effective as in-person psychotherapy. I will provide you with guidance on how to meet online! It is simple and easy to navigate. The portal I use is HIPAA compliant and user friendly. Complete privacy at the time of your appointment is required to be able to maintain confidentiality.
